1) Where are these items shipped from? Are they drop shipped?

All of the items are 100% handmade and made in-house. They are shipped directly from Santiago, Chile.

2) How much does shipping cost?

Because items are shipped from Chile using Correos de Chile, we decided to set a flat rate of 12 USD for non-domestic orders, no matter where in the world you are. For orders within Chile, shipping costs between 4 to 7 USD.

3) How long will it take to arrive?

After the payment has been processed, orders should be shipped within the next 3 days, but the shipping process might take up to 5 days for Chilean orders, and anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks for international orders, depending on the destination country.

4) Will I have to pay any taxes if I’m outside of Chile?

Customs vary from country to country, so we’re unable to calculate them in advance. To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, please add your Tax ID (especially for European residents!) during checkout.

5) I didn’t get my package!

I hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact me at info@burasto.com to find a solution.

6) My country isn’t on the drop-down menu!

My apologies! The courier service we use (Correos de Chile) is most likely not available to ship to your country. Here’s a list of the places where it is unavailable:

Bissau, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, China (Zhengzhou), Cocos Island, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji, Guinea, Haiti, Irak, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Kuwait, Maldives, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Niue, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Russia, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe , Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Wake Islands and Yemen.


7) Cancellations and Refunds

Most of our items are made to order, so if you wish to cancel them, you can do so before they go into production and/or before they are shipped.

If your order has been shipped, you have 30 days once the item arrives to address any issues regarding quality, damaged goods, etc, and we’ll look for a solution according to each situation.

Please take in mind that Paypal refunds might take up to 24 hours, but Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days.
